I employ an integrative therapeutic approach built upon a foundation of relational cultural understanding, believing that the connections we make with the people and places we hold dear are what shapes the world we live in. Employing techniques from practices such as CBT and IFS principled Parts Work, we can reduce adverse symptoms while organizing insight into the beliefs and values we hold and how they can be the drivers of our story.
