The journey begins with a complimentary 15–20 minute consultation designed to learn more about your unique needs and determine the best approach for moving forward together.

INTAKE APPOINTMENTS

53 minutes in length and billed at $200 per session, typically completed over one to two sessions. These sessions are designed to assess your history, clarify goals, and begin developing a collaborative plan of action while building the therapeutic alliance.

INDIVIDUAL AND COUPLES SESSIONS

53 minutes in length and billed at $170 per session. Counseling and psychotherapy are collaborative and action-oriented, focusing on client-directed goals that support growth, healing, and connection.
Sessions are available in person or via telehealth

HOW TO START

  1. Request a consultation either through submitting the Connect with Us form or contact us directly at (847) 920-8811 ** Always leave a voice message as will will return all calls

  2. Participate in a 15-20 minute consultation call in which we discuss your individual needs, explain our particular approach, and schedule your initial intake and evaluation session

  3. Session 1 and 2 will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, and for you to gain some insight on the therapeutic process. We will also establish goals and a treatment plan

  4. Ongoing sessions will include a focus on integrative strategies, analyzing thought patterns, and exploring areas of interest to you
