Our clinical approach is never one-size-fits-all. We provide trauma-informed, individualized therapy that recognizes the unique experiences, strengths, and needs of each client. Our therapists draw from a range of evidence-based and relational modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic and relational therapies, Internal Parts work, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By integrating these approaches thoughtfully and collaboratively, we tailor treatment to support healing, growth, and lasting change.

Participate in a 15-20 minute consultation call in which we discuss your individual needs, explain our particular approach, and schedule your initial intake and evaluation session
Session 1 and 2 will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, and for you to gain some insight on the therapeutic process. We will also establish goals and a treatment plan
Ongoing sessions will include a focus on integrative strategies, analyzing thought patterns, and exploring areas of interest to you.
