WELCOME

Our therapy and clinical practice is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. All our therapists embody a multi-modality approach that could incorporate cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT), relational and psychodynamic therapies, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal parts, and Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) personalized to your individual needs.

HOW TO START

  1. Request a consultation either through submitting the Connect with US form or contact us directly at (847) 920-8811

  2. Participate in a 15-20 minute consultation call in which we discuss your individual needs, explain our particular approach, and schedule your initial intake and evaluation session

  3. Session 1 and 2 will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, and for you to gain some insight on the therapeutic process. We will also establish goals and a treatment plan

  4. Ongoing sessions will include a focus on integrative strategies, analyzing thought patterns, and exploring areas of interest to you.
