Hi, I’m Cassidy. I’m a Pre-Licensed Professional at Luminary Solutions and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at DePaul University. My work is guided by parts work founded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles, which means I believe every part of you has a story worth hearing. In therapy, all of your parts are welcome, especially the ones that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to share. I don’t see myself as someone here to “fix” you. Instead,
I bring curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor to help you reconnect with yourself and your story. Together, we’ll work in a collaborative and empowering way
