HOW TO START

  1. Request a consultation either through submitting the CONSULTATION REQUEST form or contact us directly at (847) 920-8811

  2. Participate in a 10-20 minute consultation call in which we discuss your areas of focus and schedule your initial intake and evaluation session

  3. Session 1 and 2 will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, and for you to gain some insight on the therapeutic process. We will also establish goals and a treatment plan

  4. Ongoing sessions will include a focus on integrative strategies, analyzing thought patterns, and exploring areas of interest to you
